Intellectual Property Notice 

Rights to the artwork remain the sole property of Grey Liu, including after purchase. This applies to the purchase of originals, commissions, prints, and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it in any way for profit or otherwise.

Collectors are prohibited from reproducing the artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. However, posting images of the purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not violate this clause.

 

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate in any way for products that have been mishandled by customers. Examples of mishandling include smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.

However, as guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if the products are received in a damaged condition due to postal services or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Rest assured that every print undergoes multiple inspections to ensure quality control before shipment, and only pristine reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.

We kindly request that customers read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our responsibility to compensate customers who fail to read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. Please note that all prints come with borders, which are included in the final size mentioned in the listing.
