Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or if your item wasn't as you expected, we will do everything we can to make it right. Below are our return policies for each product. We honor a 14-day return policy on eligible products. While we strive to provide color-accurate photography of the artwork, please note that calibrations often vary between devices. If color accuracy is a concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely delicate). Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict, and most prints cannot be resold upon return. Only prints that are unhandled and in their original packaging will be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit for any reason upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final, as they come with a special personalized gift just for you. Grey personally pays a generous amount to ship them with their original stretchers directly to your door via courier.

Shipping fees for any returned items, made in good faith, are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will have the return shipment paid by Grey Liu Art.
