Grey Liu Art studio is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible.  

Please note that, on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur if artwork is going viral on social media. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience.

If you need to change the shipping address, we must be notified within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee a redirect. Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, we are unable to change the address. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible to request an address change.

Grey Liu Art is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide complete and accurate mailing addresses at the checkout.
